What else do I need after I buy a headunit? (stock radio still installed)

Planning to buy a regular BT compatible headunit: http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-Blueto...5WY/ref=sr_1_9

What else will I need to buy -- radio wiring harness, etc?

If so, can you guys point me in the direction of which one?

read the amp bypass thread in my sig, it will take care of you, just make sure you find the part about "repurposing" the rear wires
