I also am pretty well satisfied with the overall sound of the stock system aside from bass output but if I ever do upgrade the amp, I'd definitely go with a nice compact 4 channnel and one of those awesome PCN's. I have never tried the stock subwoofer or a stealthbox replica, but I know myself well enough to know that I'd be left wanting for more.
I should have my compact passive radiator setup finished by the end of the week so I can give you all a review on that. I also have a single 10" IDMAX that I plan to try out in a 1 cu. ft. sealed box that would even be a bit smaller.
