US to Euro Turn signals wiring HELP

Ok I need to get the euro turn signals hooked up. Basically there are three wires on the old connection (grayish w/ a yellow strip, blue with a red strip, and brown). So on the old US connecter plus there are three slots.

On the new euro turn signals there are only two male connecters to have a hookup.

What needs to be done to convert the US conectors to fit the euro turns. Do i absolutely need to buy new OEM connecters from the dealer or can I go to radio shack and get some female connecters and solder them on to fit the male side on the signal stocks?

Meh, like having different type connecters is half assing anything. I just don't want to wait to have them ordered from the damn dealer.

Well say I do go to radio shake and get some connecters that fit onto the pins on the turns. Which side ( + or -) would the extra wire be connected to, since there is three?

If you have to ask, maybe you ought to pay someone to do it for you.

It’s not hard. I just have never done any wiring before. Tell me please.
          thanks

Actaully, in the interim you can just snip of the end of the connector with a pair of dykes. Just use a test light to see which one is the parking light signal because Im in the office and cant go look at the wiring codes nor do I have the docs from my swap.

then you will want to get the proper conector because its keyed and it can be a bitch messing with the trimmed one.
            Im now E30less.

I can't seem to find the part number for the connecter. Anyone know it?

OK, I went with my original idea and went to radio shack and got some connections that crimp. They fit fine. I wraped electrical tape around the one so they dont rup together. I really don't think that is ghetto at all.

I striped all three wires and they are ready to be connected. I'm taking a wild guess and saying gray and blue one are both positive and go together while the brown is the ground. I'm hoping this is true. If it is then I'm good to go and I can crimp the wires.

                can anyone confirm this

well thanks for the help I guess. The turns are working fine with the crimp connections.
