    Blaupunkt reviews??

Anyone have experience with these or have them in their car?

I'm looking at the Toronto 420...I like the rear USB function and its a clean looking unit.

There is no "wiring adapter" that will actually work in an e30. Needs to be hardwired, but it is very straight forward.

Specs are kinda meh. 2.0v pre-outs, only mono sub out, non-adjustable screen color. There are definitely better stereos out there. If you don't ever plan on adding an amp/sub, it would be alright I guess.

I didn't plan on adding anything, but the color of the display is what's been holding me back.

          Are the 2.0v considered low?

Yes, 2.0v is practically nothing. 4+ volts is ideal. This doesn't matter though if you don't ever plan on having an amp.

I just installed one in my e30.

I am still figuring things out with it. Nice unit call quality could be better for those you are calling. Receive quality is good on my end though.
