Blaupunkt BMW Bavaria C Reverse II install help please

Hi, I've acquired a Blaupunkt BMW Bavaria C Reverse II with an MP3 adapter. The cassette deck came without a wiring harness that would connect to the back of the deck. I assumed this was plug and play with e30's since it was a factory upgrade, I was wrong. Can anyone help me sort out how I can get this thing hooked up into my '87 325is

The stock cassette deck that was in the car is the BMW model CM5905

First picture is the back of the Blaupunkt deck with all the wires that come out from the dash used for the stereo. The second picture is the back of the CM5905.

Any help and advice would be appreciated. I'm not great with audio electronics.

BMW makes an adapter specifically for putting these e36 plug decks into the e30.

There is a two channel version for cars with a fader o the dash and a four channel one for cars without.

Search the part number on real oem.

Alternatively, just get the plug from an e36 and cross reference the wires and cut and splice.
