    strange major electric issue

Hello, I have some strange problem with car electrics.

at start it was just, slightly shining alternator sign in instrument cluster (

It was visible only in the evening or night), it got brighter if you rise engine rpm's or turn on more electricity consumer's (low beam, high beam lights, turn signals etc).

however charging was ok, in idle and in higher rpm's also, ~13.6v or more.
but if you left car for about 1 hour, in battery voltage was just ~12.3v, but car started ok, no problems.

one more thing, battery + pole feels like getting too hot, like really hoot, maybe its being heated from exhaust, don't know (for me feels like its not only because of hot exhaust, - pole stays cold)

and then with my mate, we decided to see whats wrong, ohm yes alternator has been changed, tried another battery, changed battery + clamp, no changes whatsoever

it was clear that on generator excitation wire was not the same voltage as it was on battery, made connecting straight from + pole to excitation side, and then started all good things....

first, started car, all ok, turn on marker lights, all stays ok, however, when you turn on low beams or just fog lights, car immediately shuts down

next, car started to just not start at all, starter just clacked and stayed silent, plus in some moments all lightning got veeery dim like battery was dead, as you remove key from ignition, all becomes normal.

Its very late night so maybe not told everything, but yeah, something is gone wrong.

please maybe someone can give some hints, what to watch, or what the hell could make this shit's :@

last year with the same setup all was ok, nothing has been repaired or done to electricity, just changed starters solenoid when assembled new engine, and ecu management has been programmed, but that's would not be the point and all that has been done few months ago:D

Car is late e30 with m20 engine, and e36 engine wiring (m50 management).

    Please heeelp :)

    thanks for help :D
all this sh*ts were from bad + cable from battery to fuse box, wire on battery side was corroded and was left holding on few small wire bits. So when lights or something else was turned on, It just can't get enough power thru, so smthng like that :)

so now all is ok, and + clamp on battery is now cold and nice :)

we went thru almost all car electrics to find that, damn
