Help with Central Control Unit and Dome light relay

Ok i posted a while back the rats next of wires under my dash that the PO put in there, he ran his own wires to the dome lights, had three relays under there by passing I dont know what. Today I finally got it all out, rewired the dome lights back to OEM style they work with the switch but not the door pin, I will work on that later, he cut the wires to the door pins as well.

In my quest to get the car back to OEM working conditions and wiring I ran across something that confused me a bit.

In the pic below you will see the central locking unit, and then a plug that has no relay connected, from what I can ascertain that plug is the dome light relay plug, which would make sense because I know that relay is necessary to run the power mirrors (which are not working either).

So he cut the black and red wire off the Central locking unit, and also the red and black wire that looks the same to me off the relay plug.

Question is can I tie those two wires together when I put in a new light relay?

Also what is this? The relay is broken (cracked) and it was taped. I pulled the tape off it and I cant see what the part number is to see what its for.

Are the red/black wires the ones that go into the door? Those usually get cut to bypass bad wiring there on faulty central locking systems. Not sure about that relay, sorry.

Yea I saw that and I think thats what it is but I am not sure, he cut so many damn wires under there I am surprised the car starts half the time. It took me all day to get the damn dome and trunk lights working again.

The central locking unit was working before pulled all his relay's out, now its not anymore, most likely because its not getting power I guess. There are two red and black wires coming out of the central control unit but I am not sure which does what. Trying to follow the ETM but I am so bad at that stuff.

He also cut a green and white wire coming out of the light control module that I am not sure where that goes.

Ok its just the constant power, which I have no idea where he cut it to, so now I have to run a constant power to the control unit. I tested it with a temporary one and my locks work again. AHHHH I hate electrical that has been butchered.
