    Passager Side Speakers Help!

The Passager side speakers of the car dont no work at all and its not speakers can we used brand new ones and they still didnt work. Has anyone had this kind of problem before? or any experience on what to do? The driver side works perfectly.

So...since you didn't mention ANY specifics, I am gonna assume you are running all stock equipment? Your car is a 88 "is", so you should have premium sound.

I would pull the deck to start. Check to make sure both speaker plugs are in...if they are, I would swap the two sides. If the problem remains (no right speakers) the problem is elsewhere. If the problem changes (to no left speakers) the problem is in your deck.

You have 2 other parts of this system, being the factory amp and the fader. Both can fail in this manner, causing one channel to fail.

If this does not help, why don't you post EXACTLY what your system is, so we can help better.

well i think it is from the headunit because now the front driver side speaker works and the back passenger works but there oppsite sides dont work, so im assuming that it is from the headunit because when i was playing with it all the speakers were working actually sounded greatd.

Make sure the fader is plugged in properly, too.

Otherwise, a 20 year old deck has failed. Bummer.
