radio code help

My radio finally kick the bucket last week. I got a spare from a part car without code. I called my local dealer and they won't give it to be because they said my car is too old. :(. Can anyone help me out here please. Thank you.

The radio model is cm5907 #F70633958B

Still need help. No radio for more than a week now.
although the sticker is gone, I am sure it is a cm5907 because it has the "band" button instead of the am/fm button.

Open up the unit and check the solder pad on the bottom of the unit. You can remove the old shorts and short out pads 1,4,5,6 then the code will be 22323
