Please Help - E30 Standard 13cm speaker depth

Hi All, hope we are well. Can someone please tell me what the maximum depth of 13cm speaker i can get away with to slot behind the original factory speaker grilles front and back please? Imperative that they are plug and play 13cm behind the original grilles, but just cannot find a max depth online. Thank you very much in advance.
