Sub and amp opinions

So I'm slowly saving to upgrade my sound system. Getting married so funds will be low for now. Just would like some opinions. My budget is pretty open just don't need the best of the best. I'm going to be using German auto specialty for my sub box and crossover.

I rarely listen to pop and such. I do listen to ol blue eyes and classical often. So please let me know your suggestions. I would like to not spend $500 on an amp but we will see what's available.

I know Luke like's the Infinities, but assuming the JBL's a tad better.
