I have been trying to trace down the cause of my no cluster light problem and I am so close. I have replaced every bulb associated in that circuit, checked every grey/red wire and fixed any connection I saw "janky", and replaced fuse 23.. Now every light on the circuit works except for the illumination bulbs on the cluster. 
And NO I did not use the red/grey wire for the ground on my radio.
are there grounds I should check that are directly related to the cluster?
If the si board is damaged will that cause the bulbs not to illuminate?
Please help!
