Hey everybody, I am finding nothing on this and I've been looking through the forums for a bit now.
Anyways, I am in the process of replacing my old cruise control lever that connects at the wheel. I ripped a lever off a car at the junkyard and in hindsight should have taken down the year. I'm assuming its post 87' due to the difference from my 85'.
I am wondering if anyone out there has ever swapped the levers and if so what color wire corresponds to what. The newer lever has 5 wires, while the one off my 85 has 4. I am hoping its a quick splice job, but if this car has taught me anything its that no job is ever quick or easy.
Lever off 85 is on bottom; light green, green, green/white, yellow wires.
Lever off post 87' top; purple/white, 2 dark green, dark green/black, dark green/yellow wires.
