So Ive been trying to decide what to do about my tape deck dying a few months ago. Ive seen the Kienzle MCR-1016BT and its ok but I was thinking about trying something first. I was considering removing the tape receiver and adding Bluetooth inside so that it remans a stock look. I found a guy that has shown the Basics on doing it.

Hes execution on the exterior is awful I would not do that.

This does not look to hard other than finding the correct chips and the correct pins to solder to. What I was hoping is that someone has done that part before, or know where a schematic of the OEM stereos PCBs might be found. I have not been looking for long (3-4) hours but I can't find them. If there is already a thread on this I could not find it.
What do we think though? Should I try to do it?
