I'd like to upgrade the speakers in my cabbie (namingly the rear ones). Has anyone fitted the car w/ 6.5" speakers or eurodins? If so, was it much work? Pics and input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
julien
Don't bother with rear speakers. Remove the rears and get a nice set of front components and call it a day. Maybe add a sub in the trunk (if you have room) but you really don't need rear speakers, especially in a cabrio.

I've got some focal's up front, and a 10" sub in the rear. Sounds worlds better than when I didn't have the focals and had rear speakers. Only complaint is that I lose a lot of the subwoofer at higher speeds with the top down, of course. Working on porting it from the trunk to the passenger compartment, somehow, to help with the imaging.

Having just put new speakers in my cabby, I can tell you i find myself moving the fader all the way forward. Spend the money on the fronts, and either go cheap on the rear (like I did) or skip them all together.
