Pin out check - 1988+ headlight switch

I need someone to list the pin outs for the headlight switch connector (goes from the body harness to the headlight switch in the dash). This needs to be for a 1988+ car.

Having an issue I need to track down and can't seem to find a pinout for an '88 and later car (different connector).
