SI Board/cluster Both WORK,but no SI board works in my CLUSTER (bad cluster SI pins?)

ok. here goes... Please help me with this.

My SI board works fine, looks brand new. No corrosion,
My cluster works fine, never had a real problem with it.

Now, My SI board doesnt light up in my cluster...

But My SI board in Another Cluster will light up in My Car, and in Another Car.
Nor will My Si board in My Cluster light up in Another car. Or Another Working SI board light up in my cluster in any car.

This means my cluster wiring harness and connector and SI Board Must be good.. right?


So what could this be?? I would guess some problem between my cluster harness connector and the SI Connector is Bad..

Anyone have a clue as to what this could be?
