Need some iPod info

Hey guys,
Im looking for some info regarding the apple iPod cable, the cable you plug your iPod into your computer with. I need to know inside the white housing what wires do what. I really only need to know what the sound wires are and what the power wires are. Im looking to upgrade my hardwired hook up a lil bit. I want to have this wired into the stock sterio and be able to charge my pod too. Right now i just have a tape adapter with the tape cut off wired to the stock head unit.

Any info or where i might be able to find it would be awesome.

I love you for that link jht3. I actually used the belkin thing i had but i have some grounding problems (rpm matched whining) and now i know why. Thank you so much.
