Any Good?

Before my cousin got rid of his car, I took this his amp and sub out the car. I never actually got to hear how everything sounded before he let it go, but he says it bumped. Thing is, I use to have a JL Audio 12" 3v2 powered by a JL Audio 250/1 and it was loud enough already. So I might just end up using one of these subs. At any rate, I'm looking more forward to hearing more input on this amp? Here's the specs:

What'dya think? Any good? I'm not too audio savy, heh. Would this amp just power the subs? Or can it power speakers too?

I have the Premium iS speakers for the rears.
Stock speakers for the front, but will be replacing with MB Quart Q-line series.
I already have tweeters inside the stock tweeter pods.

I was thinking just running one sub and a connecting the other side to the speakers? Not sure if that even works...help. What's the best way to bring out the best of this system?
