no signals or wipers

Ok Lets see if anyone has any ideas. I have gotten just about everything squared away on my e30 except for the windsheild wipers and the turn signals. Neither will work. I have replaced all the relays in the main fuse block in the engine bay as well as the respective fuses. Could there be another relay that I am missing?

did you happen to open up the steering column and check that they are properly grounded (the switches that is).

Checked the ground at the switch. they are both good at the steering column. at the firewall I was told that they share the same ground with the headlights and they work so thus it isn't a ground issue? in addition the cruise control doesn't work as well.
