how many square feet of sound dediner will i need to do my whole interior and my trunk?

buy the dynamat e-xtreme kit. it covored my trunk perfectly, i didnt do behind the rear seat. (im geussing you wont eighther unless you want your bass to go bye bye). i also did not do the spare tire well, i just sprayed it with rubberized undercoat.

If you do all that, I'd say you're probably going to use abouut 80sq ft. That's by my ROUGH measurements I just took with tape measure in tara's car for the following:

Firewall
Floor
Doors
Rear 1/4's
Trunk
Sides of trunk

What will you be using?
On one of my old cars I used a liquid compound that I painted on. From what I could tell, it seemed like it was mostly sand and oil-based paint. I worked really well. Unlinke dynamat or some other 'stick on' type of sound deadening material, you don't have to worry about cutting little pieces and such, you just paint it on with a brush. I think it was about $80 for a gallon of it. I don't remember the brand name of it, however.

You can buy a material just like Dynamat but way cheaper. Lowes, and home depo sell a Roofing sound deadener that is sticky on one side, a friends dad used it ever where in his van and works just as well as Dynamat but way cheaper.

you know whats also good, i put it under my car, is trunk bed liner. you can get it at reibies for 100 bucks. lowered niose about 6 to 10 DB.....good stuff!
