Pic request: door handle interior light switch

Hello everyone.

Im looking for a picture of the electrical contacts on the inside of the drivers door handle which controls the interior light delay.

Can anyone help?

i didn't know there was an interior light delay.

Its not in the door handle. Its just the door pin that signals the delay module when a door is opened. That pin is located in the door jam on the chassis.

Do you have the relay fitted?

If so where does the brown/green wire go to then ? the door handle?

on the driver side there are 2 wires to the pin switch, one goes to the light one goes to the gong. brown/purple is for the light, the other one is for the gong leave it off unless you like the sound

My gong is connected to the headlights to warn me if i left them on.

bump. what causes this switch to fail? I assume thats why the interior light delay function does not work on most cars.

they didn't all come with interior light delay

or you can disconnect it from your kick panel.... please dont cut anything
