    CD43 q's

I bought an aftermarket Blaupunkt Bahamas headunit for my cabbie that does have color matched lighting, but I hate that it sticks out of the dash. It powers new polk 5.25" components for the front kick panels and tweeter sails, and cheapo 5.25 Blau coax for the rear for filler. I bought an underseat powered sub for bass fill. It all sounds ok, and I avoided a large sub and amp in the trunk.
I've fucked up I really want a cd43, but I have some questions first:
    - I realize i have to trim the climate control panel to get the cd43 to slide flush with the panel. If I trim the bezel, what will it attach to then?
    - I realize I will have to get an amp. Any good cheaper recommendations in order to run the components and rear coaxials?
    - I want to keep my powered sub. How do I integrate this?
    - Does the cd43 have amp/antenna switching capabilities?
    - I want to have aux input and understand there is a cable i can buy for this. Any sources or part numbers that anyone knows of? Also, a source for the plug for the back of the cd43 would be helpful too.

    thanks-

You can get a harness for the radio and another for the antenna on installer.com (or ebay for that matter). I trimmed the bezel with a dremel tool and re-created tabs further back with some black plastic and epoxy. It was a pain but it looks really good.

I'm using the stock amp and don't have aux input so can't help you there. Sounds great as it is.
