TV Screen help!!!!!

Hiya this is my first post on what seems like a great site!!
Anyway I have just bought a panasonic motorized screen receiver and am having problems when it flips out it catches the screen of indicator stalk!
I was thinking of fitting it in front of ashtray and was wondering if anyone has seen this done?
Or any ideas would be welcome!

There is another style dash panel that moves the radio location to the center, and leaves a blank space on either side. You'll lost the OBC (or clock) but you won't be hitting the turn signal.

Really? Do you have a picture? I've never seen anything like that.

My friend was planning on using a plastic mold to move the stereo more to the right in order to fit the LCD.
If theres a panel to move the stereo to the right it would be PIMP!

Is the panel only on right hand drive BMW's?

It is in the ETK, I don't have a way to host a pic though, part # 64 11 9 061 984

That is the picture of it anyways, it may be giving the number for the regular panel though. I'm not sure what car it came in, that was for an 83 316 sedan, I figure that is the lowest model ever available, so probably the one without the OBC/clock area.

You also need illumnation plate #64 11 1 385 872, if you don't have it, as per the ETK.
