M50B25 swap problem

First of all, hi to all members.

I came here in hope that you nice people might help me.

I've done a engine swap, M50B25 from E34 to E30.

I had 2 engines M50B25 to make 1 good engine.

Now, swap is done, but engine runs on 3 cylinders.

When i switch off Luftmassemeser (MAF) engine runs twitchy but when i rev it it runs on 6 cylinders.

I tried to put LMM, Lerluft ventil and ECU from friends car that runs OK,
but the same thing is happening.

Is it possible that one of the engines that i took the LMM and ECU have a Bosch, and this one in the car had Siemens electronic and wires layout?

Or you think it might be something else?

E30 that i build is for drifting.

you'll probably want to post this in the 24v swap section...

I'd say check the ignition coils though...
