Will stock radio mount after pentagons drilled?

I bought a stock radio that was removed not using the proper radio removal tool...they just drilled out the screws or something. If this has been done, is there any way known to stablilize/lock the radio into place? Need to know asap...

obviously no one's ever put in a stock E30 radio after it's been removed

I don't think it will work because you need the original screws to make the radio secured
