Installing CD player DIY, how hard is it guys

I have installed stereos in my cars before, the Japanese cars, but the E30 has some kind of weird diagram of wires

how hard would it be to install a CD player in to the E30, and where can I find a wiring diagram

just search on google for the what wire colors are for what. I put in mine and it took like 10-15min...
