this is my set up:
c43 HU, SOny MK2 eq, sony amp for my highs 200 x4 rms, fosgate bd1000 for my sub,
what i wanted to do was use the fader knob on the dash that fades from left to right on the older e30s, i wanted to use it as my sub level control.
But it didnt work, i ran the + sub line out of the eq directly into it, but it makes no difference when u move the knob back and forth. i hooked it up so when the knob is in the middle there is 0 ohms resistance on the line, and when the knob is ll the way towards 1 side there is the most resistance.
has anyone tried this, or know why it wouldnt work?
