Premium Rear Speaker Broken

Hi, I just bought a set of rear speakers and only one works. The other one only plays out of the tweeter. I know I hooked it up right, so I'm wondering if there is a place that repairs speakers. I didn't see any broken wires or anything unusual. Any ideas? TIA

Just buy another one. You'll probably spend $25 on both shipped.
