a/d/s Crossover and amp RARE

Not to sound like a complete newb but, what makes this such a good amp?

Real american made amp. Far better sound quality than most amps of today, plus 6 channels in a single chassis. A\D\S stuff is legendary, but was horribly expensive, so they went out of business. DEI bought the rights to the name a few years back, so now you have chinese made products with the name, but not the quality.
