BMW wiring (brake light) question

Hi

I have a 1988 BMW 320i and want to hook up a new boot lip (LED) spoiler.
The spoiler has 2 wires (both silver colour...), one for negative (go to my brown wire), but i don't know what colour the positive wire is. I am hooking it up to my LEFT stop light. From the Haynes manual i have worked out this:

1. Blue with red stripe - left indicator
2. Green and Yellow - left stop light
3. Brown - negative (ground)
4. Blue and white - left reverse light
5. blue and grey - left tail light
6. Violet and grey - parking light???

Is the green and yellow the positive wire for the stop light?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Should be green/yellow. Double check it with a test light.
