It has a TON of processing capabilities too! I think I am going to keep knobs white for now. They aren't as bright as picture shows adding a little bit of variety. I think all red will be a little over kill. Ideally, I would like to red out corner 4 buttons that are still white.

have you even used the pro mode yet? It aint so bad.

With a little magic they do :D.

Dozyproductions - in reality, I have a processor that takes care of everything. It is neat to have more than a few options at the tip of my fingers.

Yeah, I've never had an external 'processor' for anything so i guess thats why I can't imagine others having one. Ugh, i hate being on a budget. :)

Well about that pro mode, at least i think its called the pro mode, once you turn it on you get to activate the 16 band parametric L/R side independent eq and perhaps also the 3 way xover.

Well i still recommend the 9885 to the OP.

Thanks for all the info guys.

If Panasonic is still making great decks, I'll probably pick one up. My DF 88 is still going strong in its third car and 9 years later!

The reality is, you can have the thing ALL red if you cover tiny LEDs with that film as well. I just thought it would be too much.
