    Heated Seats anybody?

After realizing that heated seats are somewhat hard to find, I decided to see if BMW stocked any of these parts anymore.

    They did!

Now to rip apart my interior again to install this stuff!

I'd guess 250-300 a side. Wiring was probably most expensive part.

I loves the heated M5 seats I have in my wagon. Especially on the single digit temp days!!!!

damn you can get a kit for $180 and it works just as well on BMW seats including wiring. Easier to install too. Got em in my Recaro Le's. HOTLEATHER...very nice on a cold January morning

Something tells me having rear OEM parts will be worth more in the long run. Esp parts that were made for the seats at hand.

I'd be worried about trying to work with the old leather on the seats...

Vinyl..Not too worried about it, especially as I've taken seats apart before.

Although its not cold enough to need seat warmers here, this is pretty sweet. I might just have to order them from my guy @ the stealership...

                          James,

I installed that kit last year. The parts are well made, the switches match, etc. but boy the instructions suck!

I can't read German so the picture captions were worthless.

The heating elements run 90 degrees to how you would think they run and finding the factory plug under the dash was nearly impossible.

PM me if you have any questions as you do the install.
