    Radio and amp not working

I broke the oil pan on this car about a month ago, and since then it's been off the roads while waiting for BMW to come up with the parts. Yesterday I finally got it off the jacks and started the car. First of all, my battery had nothing left. Not even the lights on the dash would come on. So I jump started the car and ran it for 15 minutes without the jumper cables. The radio turned on and turned off a few times, and then it just stayed off.

I turned the car off, tried to start it again, and it couldn't crank the engine even 3 times. So this time I kept the jumper cables on, and the radio still doesn't work at all. The light on the amp doesn't come on either. I'm getting a new battery (or filling this old one) in the next few hours, but I'm sure something else has gone wrong here. Fuse #28 was blown, but I just replaced it, but I doubt that's what caused it.

Any ideas? How can I go about checking what's gone wrong?
Also, the amp and radio are both aftermarket, done by the previous owner. From what I can tell the amp doesn't have an in-line fuse, so has it blown possibly?

    TIA.
