Inner speaker cone connection came off, how to reconnect?

If the wire connected to the inner cone of a car speaker comes off, how do you reconnect it?

Do you solder it? It looks as though it was connected with a blue paste.

You don't. They are soldered to the center of the speaker and the paste is glue covering the connection. If you can find a wire (it will be in that blue paste) you can solder it back and glue it back down with a silicone base glue.
