New Racing Chip, What now?

I got myself one of these

What do I do now? How do I go about installing it.

Read somewhere that it takes roughly 15 minutes and theres some programming involved, with the OBC or something like that.
Just wondering how to go about installing it now. Won it off ebay, $18.

Question, is the chip worith it?
What are some of the alternatives, the expensive ones vs. the cheap ones,(the one above). What kind of perfomance upgrade are we talking about.

It's worth it. The cheap ones are usually copies of the expensive ones, but the expensive ones are usually a bit better (newer programming that is encrypted so it can't be copied). I have a cheap knockoff one in my car.

Now for the best gas to use with it, Shell or Chevron.
