Base of A pillar door switch wiring?'s

Okay, the switch that grounds in the door for the interior lights might be mix matched what color is the wire Brown/Green or Brown/Purple. I am buttoning up every thing in that area and can't find it in the Bentley.

Are you asking what wire goes to the switch? I think it's BR/YL or BR/VI.

      br/yl on the drivers side
      br/vi on the pass side

the drivers side actually has the br/vi wire as well, but it connects to the light timer relay. the relay then connects to the door switch on the br/yl wire. if you want to defeat the timer relay (or yours is broken like mine) you can directly hook up the br/vi wire instead

BU/VI apparently have no place in the interior light scheme. What else runs in that area? Just so you know the car has never been turned on by me. I am waiting for alot of stuff to be sorted.
