3M, It's all I use, but I'm a total nut and don't care what it costs whatever it is.
Wurth used to distribute some good German stuff but that went to hell in a hand basket a few years ago.Comment

I use whatever. Right now I have an assortment from Harbor Freight.
While in Portland this last weekend, I stopped into Fry's to look around a bit. They sell shrink tubing in pretty much EVERY size in 4Ft. lengths for under $3. That's the cheapest I've seen it by far. They had it in colored and black and up to 3" diameter.Comment
