    Signal Stalk?!

I was driving on the freeway when I noticed my turn signal wasn't coming one when I used it. I checked it when I stopped and sure enough it was not working at all. Do I need a new turn stalk/cruise control or is this something I can fix. Please help because I have a feeling a cop will just randomly see me turning without a signal. Thanks.

      Perhaps the bulb became disconnected?

Well I don't think so cause it comes on sometimes if I hold the stalk or basically ram it into place. I thought the fuses were fucked but I dunno how to check. Honestly I dunno and I really don't wanna get a ticket cause of some silly shit like this.

Happened to me too. Except it worked turning left, just not right. Or something like that, it was a few years ago. I tried to open it up to clean it, but it's not designed to be serviced.

I ended up just getting another used one from a wrecker, it's been fine since.

Mine did this quite some time ago (a few years).
When you take the stalk off, you'll notice there is various holes in it. I found every hole and dripped a little 3in1 oil in and worked the stalk around. Been working great ever since.

You can test the stalk by getting your wiring diagram here and making sure you have continuity on the correct wires when you use the stalk.
