I found this harness, any clues???

I'm looking to replace the aftermarket radio that was in my car when I bought it. I found this harnes and don't know what it's for? I anyone knows please let me know. The blue and red wire & the orange and blue are looped not cut or anything. The blue and black, and the orange and black are taped off.
