Front Removal?

How do you remove the front speakers, It's closed off with that encasing thing, how do you take that off? Excuse my noobness

On the passengers side there is one screw. Remove that and pull back the weatherstrip and the grill thing can be removed. You have to remove the bolts for the hood opener on the drivers side.
