Keep in mind that these folks, and others, are not authorized internet retailers for some brands. Thus, you need to deal with them directly - not with the manufacturer - on warranty claims.

One of the main reasons I don't really like to sell product outright to anyone, be it in person or on the web is if there is a problem, WTF do I do about it? I can't just swap it out, it is in Texas or Maryland or some shit...I just cannot stand not having control over the outcome of the install.

99% of the installers out there are incompetent. Most can barely handle basic "deck and speakers in a civic" kind of shit, much less a serious install.

My boxes are damn near bulletproof, though. No worries there, and even if someone fucks the install, they still rock.
