Some will, some won't, depends mainly on depth. Search around for more info.

True, I have 6.5's in the front :)

with a bit of fabrication you can bottom mount 6x9's. but for the E30, they might be alil much. maybe just stick to a regular coax 5.25 or 6.5", since the rears are just for fill in sound.

dont bother with rear fill. just get a good set of components up front.
