Okay, Trying to fix a hack job by making some new connectors to have a radio that just plugs in. I have the 8 speaker wires all into one female clip waiting for me to connect the radio side to the male side of the clip. My first issue is there are 8 wires, some with stripes, and some with no stripes. The radio only have yellow, blue and yellow/black and blue/black. Where are the other 4 wires??? This may help explain what I have questions on. Im not good with electrical. Super rookie here.

And I dont know what this box is for, but there is a fuse before the box, and a ground going into it. the wire going to the box is a green with red stripe.
The red wire is my power wire. It is really the purple/grey with a small piece or red at the end, and the black wires go to my solid brown, and I know that is a ground.
