Headunit install?!

I am in the process of installing a headunit in my 325es...

There was nothing in there and wires were everywhere..

I got power to the headunit, but the speakers are not on.. What am I missing here?? It looks like someone rigged random speaker wire up so i connected the wires from the back of the headunit up to them and still nothing..

Ok, so i got all speakers working, then i messed with the antenna to try to get it going up and down and i installed my little 10 inch sub woofer... and non of my speakers are on???

My radio is on, my amp is on.. and my speakers aren't sounding now..

I checked the fuses, they are ok.. What now?
