What did you use for the "window" showing the sub?
That is a ring of 3/4" MDF, routered and vinyl wrapped.

The window is just a chunk of 3/8" plexi, chopped from an old POS sub box. I broke the nice new chunk of 1/2" I had...but I have a big secret plan I am holding out for...might be done by next picnic.

New box at that time, too, plus the amps will be in the floor, and the battery covered. LOTS of neon is gonna go in the trunk too, gotta rock the bling for the kids.

Very nice Luke. You def do quality work.

I will be redoing mine soon as well. Want to save weight. Switching to a single 10" firing through (yes through) the rear seat. Going to make a port through the rear seat. Tired of looking for a folding seat in good enough condition.

BTW I wanted to ask you how good an exile 10" sub sounds. I want a quality 10 since I am hoping this will be the final setup in the car. Shooting for less than 60lbs total.

                            Shit, man, sorry.

Exile only makes a "thin" 10", SVC 4 ohm only. 3.25" mounting depth though.

SQ vs. $ = fail. Bitchin' woof, but you pay for the thin part.

What amp you gots on bass?

Thanks for the response. I have a crazy overpowered amp on the sub. I like to run way too much power and have the gain at like 5-10% so I know it will be bulletproof for years. It's a Performance Teknique ICBM-Digital. Specs below. What sub would you recommend? I was thinking maybe JL 10w7 but I've never been a fan of JL. Overpriced fashion accessories to me... but the w7's do sound good at least from what I've heard.
