Allright, so my car kills batteries. I finally figured out that something is drawing about 220 mA when the car is turned off. (sheesh, it took me a year)
Poking around in the fusebox, I saw that the draw went from 220 to 30 mA when I took out Fuse 21, which provides power to most of the interior accessories.
Taking out the radio while keeping fuse 21 in took the draw down to 92 mA.
I'm sort of stumped as to what's next. I can't really do much about the radio taking 100 mA to remember my stations, can I?
I started pulling out the front center console to look under the hvac panel and possibly fix any wiring faults, but I failed at removing it. I took out the big nut at the back of the console, and the little annoying screw, but the console still won't come out. Is there a trick to it?
TIA,
kronus
