The SRS light on my 90 325i blinks when I start the car and then stays lit. My mechanic wants $90 just to do the diagnostic to see what is wrong. Is there any way for me to read that code? Is it difficult to trouble shoot the airbag system? Is this something I can try to fix myself? Where do I start? I have a moderate amount of mechanical /electrical knowledge and I would like to learn more. Thanks!
