I would like to change my antenna. What choices do I have ? Right now, I have a huge piece of metal on my trunk. My first BMW 318is had a smaller one and it looked much better.

I put an E36 cabbie antenna base and an eBay stubby screw-on antenna on mine to replace the huge telescoping one.

I put in the whole setup from an e36 cabbie. I have a DIY around here somewhere.
318ti grommet. Costs about $6 from the dealer, I think.
Note: do not run this setup through an auto carwash. UNSCREW IT!!Slicktop City!Comment
