Weird central locking problem

I just replaced my central locking unit, and my locks kinda work.

i can unlock all from the trunk but when i lock it from the trunk they all lock for a second and then unlock

i can lock all from the drivers door but cant unlock all doors(i can only unlock the drivers)

ideas??

and the passenger door does the same as the trunk
